Sensitivity Analysis of MTPA Control to Angle Errors for Synchronous Reluctance Machines
This study investigated the sensitivity of maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control in synchronous reluctance machines (SynRMs) to angle errors, examining specifically how deviations in the reference control trajectory affected performance.

Thermal modelling of the Synchronous Reluctance Machine
In this paper two methods for thermally modelling the Synchronous Reluctance Machine (SynRM) have been developed and compared to measured data. The first is an analytical method for estimating the end winding temperature based on Brostr¨oms formula. Curve fitting to the measured data was done by Gauss-Newton estimation.

Improved direct torque control using Kalman filter: application to a doubly-fed machine
Direct Torque Control (DTC) has been extensively researched and applied during the last two decades. However, it has only first been applied to the Brushless Doubly Fed Reluctance Machine (BDFRM) a few years ago in its basic form inheriting its intrinsic

Synchronous Reluctance Machine (SynRM) Design
The Synchronous Reluctance Motor (SynRM) has been studied. A suitable machine vector modelhas been derived. The influence of the major parameters on the motor performance has beentheoretically determined.Due to the complex rotor geometry in the SynRM, a suitable and simple combined theoretical(analytical) and finite element method has been developed to
