THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE COMPARATIVE JURISPRUDENCE METHODOLOGY AND PRINCIPLES OF SYNERGETICS
The legal system is examined; the structure of legal system is given; synergetics is analysed; the thesis describes the synergetic approach in comparative jurisprudence; the work illustrates synergetics as a science giving the theoretical explanation of ...

Herein, a synergistic photoelectrochemical‐photothermal platform is constructed for simultaneous kanamycin remediation and resource valorization, addressing energy and environmental concerns. Photoelectrochemical (PEC) technology offers a promising approach for degrading antibiotic pollutants, yet it remains constrained by low efficiency and incomplete

Problems of Synergetics in the Context of Modern Music Education
У статті висвітлено окремі трактування проблем синергетики, що становлять значимість в осмисленні концепції музичної освіти. Проаналізовано такі основні синергетичні аспекти, як дисипативні структури (самоорганізація, саморозвиток), музична свідомість ...

ABSTRACT Incoherence between national land use policies may weaken climate mitigation efforts by creating conditions under which agricultural and forestry production and GHG emissions are displaced across borders (leakage). Coherence depends on constellations and prioritization of national policy aims in land use (production) and climate (conservation).

ABSTRACT An emerging consensus calls for transformative climate governance. However, what instigates and sustains transformative pathways remains unclear. This study characterises the existence, quality and structural underpinnings of transformative governance capacities in local government climate change response in Aotearoa New Zealand, applying a ...

Nested Selves: Self‐Organization and Shared Markov Blankets in Prenatal Development in Humans
Abstract The immune system is a central component of organismic function in humans. This paper addresses self‐organization of biological systems in relation to—and nested within—other biological systems in pregnancy. Pregnancy constitutes a fundamental state for human embodiment and a key step in the evolution and conservation of our species. While not

This study demonstrates a two‐stage catalytic bioreactor system that converts real food waste into high‐purity biohydrogen and biohythane. In Stage‐1, an enriched Clostridium thermocellum culture combined with Ni2+─Fe2+ bimetallic catalysis enhances hydrolysis efficiency and hydrogenase activity, resulting in a 77% increase in H2 yield and 75.8% purity
