Integrating Reasoning with SysML
INCOSE International Symposium, 2012AbstractMost engineering tasks require in‐depth reasoning. For some tasks, automated reasoning is feasible and can provide high leverage for solving difficult practical problems. Engineering questions can be represented as questions about a model, provided the model contains sufficient domain knowledge.

SysML: Foundations and Diagrams
2016Systems Modeling Language (SysML) is a profile of the Unified Modeling Language (UML), i.e., a customized version intended for systems engineering applications. We begin the presentation of SysML with a brief description of UML, followed by an overview of SysML and its various diagram types, with reference to OPM.

This chapter introduced the application of SysML to process modelling. This was done by showing an example of how process modelling can be realized using the best-practice seven-views approach. This was illustrated by introducing the conceptual and realization views of the seven-views meta-model.
