Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

TREX1, a predator for treating MSI‐H tumors?
Immunotherapy benefits many patients; yet, some with MSI‐H tumors remain unresponsive despite their high immunogenicity. Xu et al. reveal that TREX1 enables immune evasion by degrading cytosolic DNA and suppressing cGAS–STING–IFN‐I signaling. TREX1 loss restores DNA sensing, increases CD8+ T and NK cell infiltration, and boosts antitumor immunity ...

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

The joint measurement approach has been shown to detect more information in quantum system. In this paper, we propose a quantum identification algorithm based on the joint quantum measurement. Through this, we can collectively compare an unknown quantum composite system with those in the database.

Bayesian System Identification
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1979Abstract In Bayesian statistics the concept of probability is interpreted as a rational measure of belief which is used to descri be mathemat ically the uncertain re lation between the statistician and the external world. The statistical inference is understood as a correction of prior subject ive probability distribution by objective data. The paper

Anaerobic Identification Systems
Clinics in Laboratory Medicine, 1985Commercially produced prepackaged "kit" microsystems were evaluated for the identification of anaerobes. The API 20A and Minitek Anaerobe II systems by themselves were inadequate; even with the use of supplemental tests, agreement of identifications with a conventional method was only fair.
