On Representations for Continuous Dynamic Systems
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1992Abstract Through the use of a simple example involving a buffer tank, we illustrate the problems faced when attempting to formalize the dynamic aspects of a continuous process system. The problems are especially severe if we attempt to employ a purely qualitative representation.
