Herein, we investigated the IgM responses in 396 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, divided into subgroups based on distinct autoantibody profiles. Gelsolin's Protective Role in MASH through F‐Actin Regulation and P53 Degradation
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Gelsolin (GSN) maintains liver metabolic homeostasis by promoting MDM2‐mediated P53 degradation and inhibiting F‐actin/Yes‐associated protein (YAP) overactivation. Loss of GSN impairs P53 degradation, increases lipid deposition, and enhances YAP‐driven fibrosis and inflammation in metabolic‐associated steatohepatitis.
