Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2002 【目的】探讨足月妊娠分娩发动时孕妇外周血T 淋巴细胞亚群和NK 细胞变化情况。【方法】对72 例健康足月 孕妇按临产情况分为足月未临产组和足月临产组, 用流式细胞仪检测其外周血T 淋巴细胞亚群和NK 细胞的相对数, 结合外 周血白细胞计数计算其绝对数。【结果】分娩发动时, 孕妇外周血白细胞总数显著增加, 其中粒细胞百分数和绝对数均显著增 加, 淋巴细胞百分数和绝对数均显著减少, 单核细胞绝对数差异无统计学意义, 但百分数显著下降;CD3 +细胞、CD4 +细胞百 分数和绝对数均显著减少, CD8+
