Modern Pathology, 2022
In the latest 2016 World Health Organization classification of hematological malignancies, T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) and lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) are grouped together into one entity called T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-LBLL). However, the question of whether these entities represent one or two diseases remains.

Pseudonodular T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
The American Journal of Medicine, 1984T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma usually presents as a rapidly growing lymphoma with histologic features of a diffuse, poorly-differentiated small cell lymphoma with a high mitotic rate. This report describes a patient who presented with an aggressive small cell lymphoma that morphologically had a nodular pattern.

Gene rearrangements in T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
The Journal of Pathology, 1999This study presents an examination of the Ig heavy chain (IgH) and T-cell receptor gamma (TCRgamma) genes in a series of 39 CD3-positive T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) cases with and without co-expression of CD79a; 30/39 cases had a rearrangement of the TCRgamma genes and two of these 30 cases also demonstrated an IgH rearrangement.

Post-transplantation T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
The American Journal of Medicine, 1987Immunosuppressed renal transplant recipients are at increased risk for large cell lymphoma of B cell phenotype. This report describes a case of post-transplantation lymphoma presenting with a mediastinal mass causing superior vena cava syndrome, tracheal obstruction, and pleural effusion.

T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma with uncommon CD20 expression
International Journal of Laboratory Hematology, 2021AbstractWe report an interesting case of a T lymphoblastic lymphoma (T‐LBL) with uncommon CD20 expression. Immunophenotype analysis showed TdT expression with positivity of CD3 and CD7 among other T‐lineage markers. Other non‐T markers such as CD79a or myeloid‐associated antigens were negative.

T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: A Separate Entity?
Clinical Lymphoma and Myeloma, 2009T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) are considered the same disease, differing by the extent of bone marrow infiltration. According to recent gene expression profiling data, T-ALL and T-LBL can be separated by prediction analysis of microarrays showing an overexpression of MML1 in T-LBL and CD47 in T ...

Isolated Bilateral T-Cell Renal Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, 1986A 3-year-old girl presented with bilateral renal masses. The histologic diagnosis was lymphoblastic lymphoma. Cell surface markers showed a cytotoxic/suppressor T cell phenotype. The patient was treated with APO therapy. She has remained continuously disease-free for 30 months and has been off all therapy for 6 months. This rare case supports the value

Pediatric T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma therapy
Hematology Meeting Reports, 2009T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in childhood are recognized to be two different pathologies with different biological basis and are treated according to different pediatric protocols. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common type of cancer in children.

Primary T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in the middle ear
International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, 2016T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is a highly aggressive lymphoma characterized by precursor T-cell malignancy and lymphadenopathy or mediastinal involvement. We present the case of an 11-year-old boy with a diagnosis of middle ear T-LBL, which manifested as a headache, hearing loss and peripheral facial paralysis.

Venetoclax and Decitabine in Pediatric Refractory T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, 2021Background: Overall survival of adolescents with relapsed T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LL) remains poor with limited options for salvage therapy. The BCL-2 inhibitor venetoclax combined with hypomethylating agents like decitabine, has shown favorable responses in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
