T cell inhibitory mechanisms in a model of aggressive Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
A reduced immune surveillance due to immune deficiency or treatment with immunosuppressive drugs is associated with a higher risk to develop aggressive Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Molluscum contagiosum infection with features of primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma [PDF]
CD30+ T cell pseudolymphomas (CD30+ PSL) are a group of benign inflammatory cutaneous disorders that can develop in settings of viral infections or drug reactions.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Sinonasal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding: A Case Report
Natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma is the most common malignant lymphoma among sinonasal lymphomas. Diagnosis is difficult and prognosis is poor. Herein, we report the case of a 22-year-old male patient with sinonasal NK/T-cell lymphoma who first ...

Az érett T-sejtes lymphomák funkcionális patogenezise = Functional pathogenesis of mature T-cell lymphomas [PDF]
A világon az elsők között állapítottuk meg, hogy az angioimmunoblastos T-sejtes lymphoma daganatsejtjei az aktivált follicularis B helper T-sejtek (TFH) immunfenotípusát mutatják.

Identification of cell-type-specific mutations in nodal T-cell lymphomas [PDF]
Recent genetic analysis has identified frequent mutations in ten-eleven translocation 2 (TET2), DNA methyltransferase 3A (DNMT3A), isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) and ras homolog family member A (RHOA) in nodal T-cell lymphomas, including ...

Nasal T-cell lymphomas represent a controversial subset of malignant lymphomas and include lesions previously termed midline malignant reticulosis, lymphomatoid granulomatosis, and polymorphic reticulosis. Nasal T-cell lymphomas are rare in Western populations and much more prevalent in Asian countries.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a
