Choosing t-Norms and t-Conorms for Fuzzy Controllers

Fourth International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (FSKD 2007), 2007
The choice of t-norms and the dual t-conorms should, in principle, play a key role in the operation of a fuzzy control system, particularly the output of the system. The t-norms are expressed differently and appear to have different properties. We show analytically, using a zero-order Takagi-Sugeno controller the regions where the choice of a t-norm is

On Generating of t-Norms and t-Conorms on Bounded Lattices

International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 2020
In this paper, we study t-norms and t-conorms on bounded lattices. We propose new methods for generating these operators, applicable on any bounded lattice M by use of the presence of a t-norm on [0M, k] and a t-conorm on [k, 1M] for an element k ∊ M\{0M, 1M}. In addition, some corresponding examples are provided for well understanding the structure of

The Use of Fuzzy t-Conorm Integral for Combining Classifiers

2007
Choquet or Sugeno fuzzy integrals are commonly used for aggregating the results of different classifiers. However, both these integrals belong to a more general class of fuzzy t-conorm integrals. In this paper, we describe a framework of a fuzzy t-conorm integral and its use for combining classifiers.

On ordinal sums of t-norms and t-conorms on bounded posets

2020 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE), 2020
This paper continues and generalizes the line of research on ordinal sum of t-norms and t-conorms on bounded lattices. We introduce a new ordinal sum construction on bounded posets based on interior and closure operators. Our proposed method provides a simple tool to introduce new classes of t-norms and t-conorms.

On Aggregation of Risk Levels Using T-Conorms

2019
This paper deals with solutions for numeric evaluation of risks containing several different risk factors assessed by experts. The proposed methods can be used to assess the risks and obtain the risk scores in different industries, including financial industry, but they are also suitable for assessing risks in other areas, e.g.

Migrativity of Uninorms over T-norms and T-conorms

2013
In this paper the notions of α-migrative uninorms over a fixed t-norm T and over a fixed t-conorm S are introduced and studied. All cases when the uninorm U lies in any one of the most usual classes of uninorms are analyzed, characterizing with some assumptions on continuity all solutions of the migrativity equation for all possible combinations of U ...
