Tumor mutational burden as a determinant of metastatic dissemination patterns
This study performed a comprehensive analysis of genomic data to elucidate whether metastasis in certain organs share genetic characteristics regardless of cancer type. No robust mutational patterns were identified across different metastatic locations and cancer types.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Estimates for solutions to a class of nonlinear time-delay systems of neutral type
We consider nonlinear time-delay systems of neutral type with constant coefficients in the linear terms, $$ \frac{d}{dt}\big(y(t) + D y(t-\tau)\big) = A y(t) + B y(t-\tau) + F(t, y(t), y(t-\tau)).

Fuzzy subquasigroups over a \(t\)-norm
This paper is a continuation of the first author's paper [Quasigroups Relat. Syst. 5, 81-98 (1998; Zbl 0959.20064)]. It deals with fuzzy quasigroups with respect to triangular norms [cf. \textit{S. Sessa}, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 13, 95-100 (1984; Zbl 0568.20004)]. Now fuzzy quasigroups can be identified as \(T\)-idempotent case (membership function with \(T\)

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

Analysis of Medical Diagnosis Using Double Hierarchical Linguistic Information and Hamacher T-Norms
Cancer is a large group of diseases with one thing in common: they all happen when normal cells become cancerous cells that multiply and spread. Almost ten million people die from cancer every year, making it the second-highest cause of death worldwide ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...
