TH/TRs–COL11A2 Axis Mediates Loss of a Differentiated Astrocyte State in Hypogyrified Brains

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using a gyrencephalic congenital hypothyroidism pig model, this study reveals cerebral atrophy and cortical hypogyrification. Single‐cell sequencing identifies astrocytes as major TH‐responsive cells, with the COL11A2‐enriched Astro‐2 state nearly absent.

Rejection Diagnosis After Uterus Transplantation

open access: yes, 2019
Histopathology is currently the gold standard to diagnose rejection in transplanted organs. In contrast to other solid transplants, there is yet no knowledge about laboratory parameters or early clinical signs that may indicate rejection after uterus ...

Inline Waveguide Filter With Transmission Zeros Using a Modified-T-Shaped-Post Coupling Inverter

open access: yes, 2022
This letter reports the design techniques for a class of inline waveguide bandpass filters with sharp-rejection capabilities at the lower stopband based on a novel nonlinear-frequency-variant-coupling (NFVC) structure.

Dual‐Target Nectin‐4/FAP Heterobivalent Probe 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1 for Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer: Preclinical Theranostic Evaluation and First‐in‐Human Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel hetero‐bivalent agent, 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1, concurrently targets Nectin‐4 and FAP in triple‐negative breast cancer. It yields significant preclinical tumor regression and clinically identifies additional metastatic lesions missed by 18F‐FDG PET, demonstrating promising theranostic potential for personalized management.

Novel waveguide filters using T-shaped resonators

open access: yes, 2011
An enhanced waveguide E-plane bandpass filter using T-shaped resonators is presented. Characteristics of the proposed filter structure are analysed and investigated. The proposed filter with 4.5 % bandwidth is designed at 9.45 GHz, fabricated and tested.

An Injectable, Self‐Expanding Hemostatic Foam for Field‐Compatible Postpartum Hemorrhage Management

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death worldwide, yet many treatments are hard to use outside well‐equipped hospitals. This work introduces an easy‐to‐use device that rapidly delivers a degradable foam into the uterus. The foam stops bleeding through pressure and clotting support, offering a practical option for low‐resource ...

SAV1 in Cooperation With FKBP52 Participates in Implantation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The MST‐SAV1 complex modulates FKBP52 phosphorylation to fine‐tune PR activity, ensuring timely uterine transition to receptivity under estrogen signaling for implantation. Stromal SAV1 scaffolds MST1/2‐mediated FKBP52 phosphorylation via noncanonical Hippo to promote PR activity.
