Are owls technically capable of making a full head turn?

The structure of the musculoskeletal system of the neck in owls allows for the full head turn to either side. The 360° head turn is performed by neck coiling achieved through peculiar distribution of the axial rotation, lateral bending, and sagittal bending in the vertebral joints along the neck.
