High Aspect Ratio, Superconducting Vacuum Gap Capacitor NEMS with Plate Distances Down to 32 nm

Fabrication of aluminium vacuum gap capacitor based NEMS is investigated with a free to move top electrode. To avoid collapse of the top electrode vertical stress gradient is controlled through sputter parameters. The result is wafer‐level high‐yield fabrication of vacuum gap capacitors with radii between 7 µm and 30 µm and integrated piezoactuators. A

Green Light Vat‐Photopolymerisation for 3D Printing Hydrogels with Complex Lattice Structures

Green‐light vat‐photopolymerization (gDLP) at 514 nm enables high‐resolution 3D printing of water‐rich hydrogels (60% water) with 50 μm$\umu{\rm m}$ layer precision. This study pioneers a cost‐effective, modified desktop printer and novel bioresins to fabricate complex vascularized lattices.

Hydrogel‐forming microneedle patches are developed using shape‐preserving PVA‐PVP hydrogels, with and without chitosan, for minimally invasive transdermal protein biomarker sampling. The optimised patches enable efficient interstitial fluid uptake and proteomic analysis, while minimising interference.

Intracellular Monitoring of Luminescent Ag2S Nanoparticles in Fibroblasts

This study investigates the long‐term luminescence behavior of Ag2S quantum dots (AS QDs) with three surface ligands (DTDTPA, 11MUA, PEG) in fibroblasts over 9 days. AS‐PEG showed stable uptake and enhanced NIR‐II emission, while others decreased due to oxidative stress.
