Characterization of embroidered dipole-type RFID tag antennas [PDF]
Wearable RFID tags and wireless sensors can be used for on-body and human monitoring applications. Embroidery with conductive thread provides compelling means for the fabrication of seamlessly garment-integrable antennas for wearable tags and wireless sensors. In this paper, we present the fabrication of fully assembled tags based on embroidered dipole-

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Development of compact antenna for RFID application [PDF]
In recent years, microstrip antennas have met commercial requirements. The advent of wireless applications requires a compact antenna, easy to manufacture. The goal of the project is to develop a microstrip monopole antenna for RFID tag applications that

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Tunable Compact UHF RFID Metal Tag Based on CPW Open Stub Feed PIFA Antenna
For the ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification (UHF RFID) metal tag, it always has the difficulties of compact designing, especially for the conjugate impedance matching, low antenna gain, and fabrication or environmental detuning.

Near-Field UHF RFID Transponder with a Screen-Printed Graphene Antenna
As a method of producing RFID tags, printed graphene provides a low-cost and eco-friendly alternative to the etching of aluminum or copper. The high resistivity of graphene, however, sets a challenge for the antenna design.
