A case of naganishial pleuritis in a kidney transplant recipient

Herein, we describe the unusual case of a kidney transplant patient who presented with left pleural effusion. The diagnosis of Naganishia‐related pleural effusion was ultimately confirmed through pleuroscopy with pleural nodule biopsy.
