Serial Chemical Crystallography for Autonomous Quantitative Phase Analysis in an Electron Microscope
t‐SerialED, a novel electron diffraction method, enables rapid, high‐throughput structural analysis of nano‐sized materials. By adapting a batch‐by‐batch data collection approach, t‐SerialED integrates 3D reciprocal information to serial crystallography datasets.

Abstract This study investigated how SiC PSD influences solid–solid interface to enhance thermal–mechanical properties of ceramic composites. Initial SiCmp particles were milled for 3 h at 200 rpm (microns) and 600 rpm (submicrons) to tune the PSD, and their impact was evaluated in cordierite–mullite matrix, sintered at 1360°C.
