Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Processing system and algorithms for the TanDEM-X mission [PDF]
2009 IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium, 2009 In 2009, the German radar satellite TerraSAR-X will be supplemented with the TanDEM-X satellite to form the first bi-static single pass interferometer in space. TanDEM-X will fly close to TerraSAR-X in a controlled helix configuration for 3 years to jointly acquire interferometric SAR data in bistatic mode.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

2012 IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium, 2012 Launched in June 2010, TanDEM-X is an interferometric mission with the main goal of providing a high-resolution, global and unprecedentedly accurate digital elevation model (DEM) of the Earth by means of single-pass X-band SAR interferometry. Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
