AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

DLST Succinylation‐Mediated Mitochondrial Metabolic Remodeling and Cuproptosis Resistance Promote Malignant Progression of Lung Adenocarcinoma

The DLST K409 succinylation mediated by CPT1A promotes OXPHOS and redox homeostasis through regulating enzyme activity, thereby promoting the malignant progression of LUAD. Notably, the succinylation of DLST can enhance the cuproptosis resistance by inhibiting its lipoylation.

Chronic stress reshapes the gut microbiota and enriches Lactobacillus reuteri, promoting microbiota‐associated kynurenine accumulation through altered tryptophan metabolism. Broad‐Spectrum, Cell Envelope‐Active Marinocyclin Antibiotics From a Coral‐Derived Bacterium Are Effective Against Colistin‐Resistant Bacteria
