Nonlinear motor-mechanism coupling tank gun control system based on adaptive radial basis function neural network optimised computed torque control

ISA Transactions, 2022
This study investigates the spatial pointing control of a motor-mechanism coupling tank gun. The tank gun control system (TGCS) is driven and stabilised by the motor servo system. However, complicated nonlinearities in the TGCS are inevitable, such as friction, parameter uncertainty, and modelling errors.

Disturbance compensation for gun control system of tank based on LADRC

2011 International Conference on Electrical and Control Engineering, 2011
Aims at the nonlinearity such as friction and varieties of system parameters and unmodeled dynamics in azimuth gun control system of tank, in order to improve the low speed performance and anti-interference ability, the strategy of LADRC is proposed. Considering nonlinearity and non-model dynamics as a composite disturbance, the math model of azimuth ...

Robust control research on adaptive wavelet neural network identification for tank all-electric gun control system

2011 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing, 2011
Complex plants seldom fulfill the conditions required for the direct feedback linearization(DFL) control. Aiming at the mathematic model not known exactly, wavelet neural network(WNN) identifier combined with H ∞ controller is proposed. WNN is used to approximate the unknown function, novel control and update laws for the weights in the WNN are ...

A Two-Loop Control for All-Electric Tank Gun System Based on Disturbance Observer and SMVSC

2017
Considering the whole impact of the external disturbance and uncertainty of inner parameters, a two-loop control approach is proposed, the disturbance observer (DOB) as inner loop and the sliding mode variable structure control (SMVSC) as outer loop.

Ein adaptiver Ljapunow-Regler für Richt- und Stabilisierungsanlagen / An adaptive control system using the Ljapunow method for tank turret/gun control and stabilization systems

auto, 1985
Summary: Using the ''direct method\(of\) Lyapunov, an adaptive model-reference- controller is developed with variable parameters continuously adapting to process parameters varying over a wide range. It is exemplarily employed for the support of a structurally-reduced linear-variable speed control circuit with unknown quasi stationary parameters. Major

Methodology for sizing and selection of PMSM motor for all electric drive Gun control system of a battle tank

IECON 2016 - 42nd Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2016
During the exploitation of the battle tank, there are different operations that the Gun control system is expected to perform. Most of the contemporary battle tanks employ electrohydraulic drive for the Gun Control system operation. With the advent of compact PMSM motors having good dynamic response, the Gun control system drive choice is moving ...
