Target deconvolution of HDAC pharmacopoeia highlights MBLAC2 as common off-target
Abstract HDAC drugs have entered the pharmacopoeia in the 2000s. However, some enigmatic phenotypes suggest off-target engagement. Here, we developed a chemical proteomics assay using three promiscuous chemotypes and quantitative mass spectrometry that we deployed to establish the target landscape of 53 drugs.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Ma-Weber/Tutorial-Deconvolution: Update to correct spelling errors
This tutorial presents and explains examples of the deconvolution of hydrophone measurement data. The motivation for performing deconvolution is that, in many cases, measurements of ultrasonic signals are performed with a hydrophone that is (more or less)

New Advances in Cell Microarray Technology to Expand Applications in Target Deconvolution and Off-Target Screening [PDF]
Identifying the cell surface receptors of natural ligands, and deconvoluting the receptor targets of candidate drug leads, presents a challenge in medical research and drug discovery. Traditionally, success rates have been low, and screening efforts often generate numerous false-positive hits that require extensive follow-up to either validate or ...

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

An Image Quality Improvement Method in Side-Scan Sonar Based on Deconvolution
Side-scan sonar (SSS) is an important underwater imaging method that has high resolutions and is convenient to use. However, due to the restriction of conventional pulse compression technology, the side-scan sonar beam sidelobe in the range direction is ...
