We identified adaptor protein ShcD as upregulated in triple‐negative breast cancer and found its expression to be correlated with reduced patient survival and increased invasion in cell models. Using a proteomic screen, we identified novel ShcD binding partners involved in EGFR signaling pathways.

Random matrix extended target tracking for trajectory‐aligned and drifting targets
In this paper, we propose two random matrix based extended target tracking models, which apply to the trajectory‐aligned and drifting target motions. The trajectory‐aligned model is specifically designed to handle targets moving along the direction of ...

CiteTracker: Correlating Image and Text for Visual Tracking [PDF]
Existing visual tracking methods typically take an image patch as the reference of the target to perform tracking. However, a single image patch cannot provide a complete and precise concept of the target object as images are limited in their ability to abstract and can be ambiguous, which makes it difficult to track targets with drastic variations. In

Target-Aware Deep Tracking [PDF]
Existing deep trackers mainly use convolutional neural networks pre-trained for generic object recognition task for representations. Despite demonstrated successes for numerous vision tasks, the contributions of using pre-trained deep features for visual tracking are not as significant as that for object recognition.

Aerial Vehicle Tracking by Adaptive Fusion of Hyperspectral Likelihood Maps
Hyperspectral cameras can provide unique spectral signatures for consistently distinguishing materials that can be used to solve surveillance tasks. In this paper, we propose a novel real-time hyperspectral likelihood maps-aided tracking method (HLT ...

Multi-Sensor Multi-Target Tracking Using Domain Knowledge and Clustering
This paper proposes a novel joint multi-target tracking and track maintenance algorithm over a sensor network. Each sensor runs a local joint probabilistic data association (JPDA) filter using only its own measurements. Unlike the original JPDA approach,

Inhibitor of DNA binding‐1 is a key regulator of cancer cell vasculogenic mimicry
Elevated expression of transcriptional regulator inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (ID1) promoted cancer cell‐mediated vasculogenic mimicry (VM) through regulation of pro‐angiogenic and pro‐cancerous genes (e.g. VE‐cadherin (CDH5), TIE2, MMP9, DKK1). Higher ID1 expression also increased metastases to the lung and the liver.

Long‐time target tracking algorithm based on re‐detection multi‐feature fusion
This paper considers the problem of long‐term target tracking in complex scenes when tracking failures are unavoidable due to illumination change, target deformation, scale change, motion blur, and other factors.
