MET and NF2 alterations confer primary and early resistance to first‐line alectinib treatment in ALK‐positive non‐small‐cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Alectinib resistance in ALK+ NSCLC depends on treatment sequence and EML4‐ALK variants. Variant 1 exhibited off‐target resistance after first‐line treatment, while variant 3 and later lines favored on‐target mutations. Early resistance involved off‐target alterations, like MET and NF2, while on‐target mutations emerged with prolonged therapy.

A single target tracking algorithm based on Generative Adversarial Networks [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
In the single target tracking field, occlusion leads to the loss of tracking targets is a ubiquitous and arduous problem. To solve this problem, we propose a single target tracking algorithm with anti-occlusion capability. The main content of our algorithm is to use the Region Proposal Network to obtain the tracked target and potential interferences ...

GETMusic: Generating Any Music Tracks with a Unified Representation and Diffusion Framework [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
Symbolic music generation aims to create musical notes, which can help users compose music, such as generating target instrument tracks based on provided source tracks. In practical scenarios where there's a predefined ensemble of tracks and various composition needs, an efficient and effective generative model that can generate any target tracks based

Computer aided manual tracking [PDF]

open access: yes, 1981
A scheme was developed to assist the human operator by augmenting an optic sight manual tracking loop with target rate estimates from a computer control algorithm which can either be a Kalman Filter or an alpha, beta, gamma filter.

Features for Multi-target Multi-camera Tracking and Re-identification [PDF]

open access: yes2018 IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, 2018
Multi-Target Multi-Camera Tracking (MTMCT) tracks many people through video taken from several cameras. Person Re-Identification (Re-ID) retrieves from a gallery images of people similar to a person query image.

Chemoresistome mapping in individual breast cancer patients unravels diversity in dynamic transcriptional adaptation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study used longitudinal transcriptomics and gene‐pattern classification to uncover patient‐specific mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer. Findings reveal preexisting drug‐tolerant states in primary tumors and diverse gene rewiring patterns across patients, converging on a few dysregulated functional modules. Despite receiving the

Multiple Hypothesis Tracking Algorithm for Multi-Target Multi-Camera Tracking with Disjoint Views [PDF]

open access: yesIET image processing, Volume: 12, Issue: 7, 7 2018, 2019
In this study, a multiple hypothesis tracking (MHT) algorithm for multi-target multi-camera tracking (MCT) with disjoint views is proposed. Our method forms track-hypothesis trees, and each branch of them represents a multi-camera track of a target that may move within a camera as well as move across cameras. Furthermore, multi-target tracking within a

Consensus-based joint target tracking and sensor localization

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, consensus-based Kalman filtering is extended to deal with the problem of joint target tracking and sensor self-localization in a distributed wireless sensor network.

Understanding and measuring mechanical signals in the tumor stroma

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This review discusses cancer‐associated fibroblast subtypes and their functions, particularly in relation to extracellular matrix production, as well as the development of 3D models to study tumor stroma mechanics in vitro. Several quantitative techniques to measure tissue mechanical properties are also described, to emphasize the diagnostic and ...
