An Engineered Solidified Peptide Hemocyte Sponge as Nanomotor Storage to Combat Bacterial Colitis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Peptides immobilized via nickel coordination can stabilize the framework structure. Following coating with red blood cell membranes, these constructs are capable of continuously sequestering endotoxins and mitigating colonic pathogenic damage by alleviating bacterial‐induced ferroptosis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.DR5 knockout exhibits a thinner colonic mucus layer, leading to mild dysbiosis, increased susceptibility to Citrobacter rodentium invasion, and exacerbated epithelial injury. Mechanistically, DR5 binds transcription factor TBP, which regulates the expression of gene Best2 via its promoter.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that dietary stachyose enriches Butyricimonas virosa, effectively attenuating metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Mechanistically, B. virosa enhances gut thiamine monophosphate synthesis, which elevates hepatic thiamine pyrophosphate levels.

Multi‐View Biomedical Foundation Models for Molecule‐Target and Property Prediction
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Molecular foundation models can provide accurate predictions for a large set of downstream tasks. We develop MMELON, an approach that integrates pre‐trained graph, image, and text foundation models and validate our multi‐view model on over 120 tasks, including GPCR binding.
