The Nucleoporin CPR5 Modulates Plant Immunity via Guanylate‐Binding Proteins

open access: yesMolecular Plant Pathology, Volume 26, Issue 4, April 2025.
The subcellular localisation of GBPL2 between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and nuclear envelope (NE) regulates the immune signalling pathway mediated by nucleoporins CPR5 and GBPL3 in Arabidopsis. ABSTRACT The nuclear pore complex plays a key role in nuclear transport of immune signals.

Taxus chinensis var. mairei (Lemée et Lévl) Cheng et L.K. Fu overcomes the resistance to osimertinib in EGFR-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer via suppression of ERK1/2-related cholesterol biosynthesis.

open access: yesJournal of Ethnopharmacology
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE Acquired resistance to osimertinib limits its clinical efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations. The widespread recognition of Taxus chinensis var. mairei (Lemée et Lévl) Cheng et L.K.

A new taxane diterpenoid fromTaxus chinensisvar.mairei

open access: yesNatural Product Research, 2014
Taxadiene (3), a new taxane diterpenoid with an unusual hydroxy substituting at C-17, and six known compounds including two taxane diterpenoids (1 and 2) and four flavonoids (4–7) were isolated from the whole seedling of the Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Among them, compound 7 was isolated from T. chinensis var. mairei for the first time.

Isolation and characterization of endophytic taxol-producing fungi from Taxus chinensis

open access: yesJournal of Industrial Microbiology & Biotechnology, 2009
This study investigated the endophytic fungi diversity of Taxus chinensis and screened the taxol-producing fungi in the host. A total of 115 endophytic fungi isolates obtained from bark segments of T. chinensis were grouped into 23 genera based on the morphological traits and sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacers (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 ...
