Baseline Regional Cholinergic Denervation Predicts Cognitive Trajectories in Moderate Parkinson Disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Cognitive decline is a disabling and variable feature of Parkinson disease (PD). While cholinergic system degeneration is linked to cognitive impairments in PD, most prior research reported cross‐sectional associations. We aimed to fill this gap by investigating whether baseline regional cerebral vesicular acetylcholine transporter ...

Multi-attribute decision-making method based on Taylor expansion

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2019
Determining attribute weights is an indispensable step in multi-attribute decision-making problems, and it is also a top priority in the study of multi-attribute decision-making problems.

Taylor Expansion, Finiteness and Strategies

open access: yesElectronic Notes in Theoretical Computer Science, 2019
Abstract We examine some recent methods introduced to extend Ehrhard and Regnier's result on Taylor expansion: infinite linear combinations of approximants of a lambda-term can be normalized while keeping all coefficients finite. The methods considered allow to extend this result to non-uniform calculi; we show that when focusing on precise reduction

Unraveling 4‐Phenylbutyrate's Therapeutic Role in SLC6A1 Disorders: Pharmacochaperoning Over HDAC Inhibition

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Variants in SLC6A1, encoding the GABA transporter 1 (GAT‐1), cause epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delay via loss of GABA uptake, impaired trafficking, and ER retention. We previously found that 4‐Phenylbutyrate (PBA), an FDA‐approved drug, restores GABA uptake and reduces seizures in SLC6A1‐related disorders ...

Boundary value problems solving method with the implicit use of the Taylor expansions

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2012
Grid method for boundary value problems solving for partial differential equations based on high order Taylor expansions is suggested. Comparison of the proposed method with classical grid method is implemented.

A Stabilization Control Method of Supercritical Reduced-Order Medium-Voltage DC Distribution System Based on Taylor Expansion

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2021
In this paper, a typical medium voltage DC (MVDC) distribution system is taken as the research object, its supercritical reduced-order model is also established, and the effect of constant power load (CPL) on the system stability is also studied.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Youth With Childhood‐Onset Lupus: A Randomized Clinical Trial

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Our objective was to determine the feasibility and acceptability of the Treatment and Education Approach for Childhood‐Onset Lupus (TEACH), a six‐session cognitive behavioral intervention addressing depressive, fatigue, and pain symptoms, delivered remotely to individual youth with lupus by a trained interventionist.

Taylor series expansion in discrete Clifford analysis

open access: yes, 2014
Discrete Clifford analysis is a discrete higher-dimensional function theory which corresponds simultaneously to a refinement of discrete harmonic analysis and to a discrete counterpart of Euclidean Clifford analysis.

Turing–Taylor Expansions for Arithmetic Theories [PDF]

open access: yesStudia Logica, 2016
Turing progressions have been often used to measure the proof-theoretic strength of mathematical theories. Turing progressions based on $n$-provability give rise to a $Π_{n+1}$ proof-theoretic ordinal. As such, to each theory $U$ we can assign the sequence of corresponding $Π_{n+1}$ ordinals $\langle |U|_n\rangle_{n>0}$.
