CDK4/6 Inhibitors and Curcumin Synergistically Suppress HER2− Breast Cancer via Lethal ROS and Inhibition of Metastasis

Schematic illustrating that CDK4/6 inhibitors combined with curcumin induce lethal ROS accumulation by disrupting redox balance, downregulating GPX4, and depleting glutathione, leading to DNA damage and lipid peroxidation. Dioscin Promotes Ferroptosis in Cervical Cancer Cells via the TIGAR‐ROS Axis

Dioscin suppresses cervical cancer progression by promoting ferroptosis. Mechanistically, Dioscin binds to TIGAR and inhibits TIGAR function, elevating ROS levels and inducing ferroptosis. ABSTRACT Cervical cancer seriously threatens women's life and health, highlighting the urgent need for targeted therapies.

Adherence to Treatment in Allergic Rhinitis During the Pollen Season in Europe: A MASK‐air Study

In a study assessing mobile health data, (i) adherence to rhinitis medication was highest for oral antihistamines and lowest for azelastine‐fluticasone, (ii) in weeks of partial adherence, azelastine‐fluticasone was associated with lower levels of reported rhinitis symptoms than other medication classes.
