Fisetin Attenuates Amyloid‐Beta‐Induced Neurotoxicity in Human Neuroblastoma SH‐SY5Y Cells: Integrating In Silico Target Prediction and In Vitro Validation

The in‐silico data showed that fisetin binds stably with the autophagy receptors and synaptic density regulators. Further, in‐vitro data confirmed the restoration of Aβ1‐42 disrupted autophagy by fisetin. Fisetin restored the oxidative stress and ion channels, along with a reduction of AChE activity.

Cyclophosphamide (CYP) alters the redox status in platelets, resulting in oxidative damage and platelet dysfunction as a result of oxidative stress. Melatonin plays a protective role and mitigates the CYP‐induced oxidative stress by directly scavenging ROS and augmenting the antioxidant defenses.

1,25(OH)2D3 and dimethyl fumarate, administered alone or in combination, provide significant cardioprotection against isoproterenol‐induced myocardial injury by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and structural damage through modulation of the Nrf2/NF‐κB signaling pathways and the renin–angiotensin system (RAS).
