HDAC6 and USP9X Control Glutamine Metabolism by Stabilizing GS to Promote Glioblastoma Tumorigenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glioblastoma (GBM) growth relies on glutamine synthetase (GS), which is stabilized by histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) and deubiquitinated by ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 9, X‐linked (USP9X). HDAC6 promotes GS deacetylation, while USP9X removes its K48‐linked polyubiquitination, enhancing GS stability.

Teacher Training

open access: yesJournal of Modern Languages, 1985
This study reveals that various consultant to the Project have pointed out that UMSEP courses demand more of the teacher than other courses. The study mentions that UMSEP sees the teacher as the 'mediator' between the materials and the student and allows the teacher as a certain amount of discretion especially with regard to procedures, to adapt them ...

A Dual‐Modal Wearable Pulse Detection System Integrated with Deep Learning for High‐Accuracy and Low‐Power Sleep Apnea Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐modal wearable pulse detection system is developed for sleep apnea monitoring by integrating a self‐powered PENG and PPG sensor with a biomimetic fingertip structure. Through a two‐stage detection strategy, continuous PPW monitoring and on‐demand PPG detection achieve high‐accuracy sleep apnea recognition while maintaining low power consumption.

The SlDOF9‐SlSWEET17 Module: a Switch for Controlling Sugar Distribution Between Nematode Induced Galls and Roots in Tomato

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Root‐knot nematode (RKN) disease seriously affects the yield and quality of vegetable crops. SlDOF9‐SlSWEET17 model helps plants resist RKN infection during early stage by switching off the sugar transport capacity of other SlSWEET proteins that are hijacked by RKNs.

Resonant Spin Amplification and Accumulation in MAPbI3 Single Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Carrier spin dynamics are studied in a 20 µm thin MAPbI3 perovskite single crystal using time‐resolved Kerr ellipticity at cryogenic temperatures. Long spin relaxation (30 ns) and dephasing (21 ns) enable spin accumulation. Spin accumulation effects are discussed in detail along with carrier‐nuclear spin interactions.
