A Novel Sprayable Fibrinogen/Glycosaminoglycans/Collagen‐Based Bioink for Skin Wound Healing Applied by a Handheld Dual‐Head Airbrush

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A dual‐head airbrush‐based spraying device, combined with a fibrinogen bioink enriched with glycosaminoglycans and collagen, enables the delivery of biomaterials and cells to promote wound healing. This system demonstrates effective skin regeneration in vitro and in vivo, with comparable results to autografts.

Mechanobiologically Engineered Mimicry of Extracellular Vesicles for Improved Systemic Biodistribution and Anti‐Inflammatory Treatment Efficacy in Rheumatoid Arthritis

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Triblock copolymer‐reinforced liposomal mimics of extracellular vesicles are engineered with tunable membrane elasticity. A semi‐elastic formulation (Tri‐ARTEX8:2) co‐encapsulating stem cell cytosolic extract and AntagomiR155 targets inflamed joints via the ELVIS effect, reprograms macrophages from M1 to M2, and markedly alleviates collagen‐induced ...

Coagulation Matters: ATIII‐Enriched Biomolecular Corona Enhances the Hemocompatibility of PEG Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Engineering of a functional protein corona with a synergistic heparin‐ATIII complex significantly improves hemocompatibility of PEG nanoparticles. Through deliberate engineering of the protein corona, a 4‐fold reduction in coagulation activation (F1 + 2) without inducing adverse thromboinflammatory reactions (CD11b, C5a) is achieved without disrupting ...
