Technology Acceptance Model (TAM): Literature Review
Abstract In a context of widespread digital transformation, understanding the determinants of user acceptance of technologies remains a central issue in management science and information systems. Since its initial formulation by Davis (1989), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has established itself as one of the most widely used theoretical ...

This study reveals that the Fgl2‐FcγRIIB signaling axis is a key mechanism by which MDSCs mediate tumor immune evasion. Tumor‐derived exosomes systemically activate MDSCs via this pathway, positioning this axis as a promising broad‐spectrum target for cancer immunotherapy.

Engineered mesoporous silica nanoparticles (Silicasomes) enable systemic delivery of the STING agonist ADU‐S100, overcoming the instability and toxicity that limit cyclic dinucleotides to local administration. By enhancing tumor accumulation, activating systemic antitumor immunity, and remodeling the tumor immune microenvironment, these nanoparticles ...

Reprogramming tumor‐associated macrophages is a promising therapeutic strategy for solid tumors. Here, a nitric oxide (NO)‐activatable NIR‐II fluorescence/photoacoustic nanoinducer (I/E@M2pep) that simultaneously facilitates and visualizes the repolarization of TAMs to an M1‐like phenotype is reported, thereby enhancing anti‐tumor efficacy through M1 ...

ABSTRACT Despite the transformative impact of cancer immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint blockade, durable clinical responses remain limited. Increasing evidence indicates that antitumor immunity is governed not only by the tumor microenvironment, but also by systemic immune regulation mediated by peripheral immune organs. Among these, the spleen
