Atomic‐Scale Insights Into Antisite‐Defect‐Induced Metallicity in Halide Perovskites
Small, EarlyView.Using an aberration‐corrected scanning transmission electron microscope, we identify that the PbCs antisite defect in CsPbBr3 shortens the Pb─Pb bond by ∼20 pm, and induces local strain and polarization, leading to a semiconductor‐to‐metal transition.
