Conclusions and Perspectives on Plant Micropropagation in Temporary Immersion Systems

In vitro propagation protocols that include temporary immersion systems are available for the most economically important plant species. However, these have not been established yet for multiple species. Having protocols validated by the scientific community guarantees the success of the mass production of commercial propagules.
