An Injectable ROS‐Responsive Nanozyme Hydrogel Regulates the Uterine Microenvironment to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The injectable CeTA@GPP hydrogel is administered via intrauterine injection, forming a protective barrier. In the high ROS inflammatory microenvironment of injured endometrium, boronate ester cleavage triggers responsive CeTA release and local enrichment.

A Metal‐Polyphenol Self‐Assembled Coated 3D Sponge With Mild Photothermal Antibacterial, Exudate‐Controlling, and Immunomodulatory Functions for Hemostasis and Chronic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A thrombin‐functionalized copper‐polydopamine nanofiber sponge integrates rapid hemostasis, mild photothermal antibacterial therapy, stimulus‐responsive Cu2+ release, chemodynamic oxidative stress, and macrophage immunomodulation. This multifunctional dressing suppresses infection, regulates inflammation, promotes angiogenesis and re‐epithelialization,

TECTB Variants Reveal Tectorial Membrane Vulnerability in Dominant Non‐Syndromic Hearing Loss

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TECTB is a non‐collagenous protein of the tectorial membrane – an extracellular matrix of the cochlea. This study identifies dominant missense variants in TECTB linked to human hereditary deafness in two unrelated families. Genetically engineered mice homozygous for one of the variants are profoundly deaf, whereas heterozygous mice have normal hearing ...

Chelation‐Driven Dual‐Interface Regulation for Long‐Life Aqueous Zn–I2 Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Zn2+–TPEN coordination generates TPEN‐derived coordination species (TCC) that contribute to the regulation of both electrode interfaces. At the Zn anode, it creates an interfacial environment with reduced water accessibility that suppresses HER and corrosion while promoting uniform deposition; at the I2 cathode, it captures polyiodide to inhibit ...

Mechanically Reprogrammed Coaxial Fibers for Multiphysics Transduction and Human‐Machine Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A continuously wet‐spun coaxial fiber is developed to combine stretchable conductivity, resistive sensing, and self‐powered triboelectric sensing in a single architecture. A mechanically reprogrammed dual‐network sheath stabilizes large deformation and improves signal reliability. These fibers can be woven into textile interfaces for multichannel touch

Ultrasound‐Activated Nanoinhibitors Blocking the Chemo‐Immune Checkpoint to Overcome Chemotherapy‐Induced Immune Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A sono‐responsive chemo‐immune checkpoint nanoinhibitor (Sono‐TT8) co‐delivering TPZ chemotherapy and siXkr8 simultaneously kills tumor cells and blocks PS externalization, reversing chemotherapy‐induced immunosuppression and enhancing antitumor immunity. ABSTRACT Breast cancer features an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment following chemotherapy
