Estudio de habilidades mentales en atletas de deportes de raqueta.

El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar las habilidades mentales en atletas de deportes de raqueta. Participaron en el estudio un total de 61 atletas, con una edad media de 21,18 ± 2,96, practicantes de tenis, tenis de mesa y bádminton.
