Influence of matrix toughness and interfacial strength on the toughness of epoxy composites with ductile steel fabric reinforcement [PDF]
In the last decades, several studies have been performed on polymers reinforced with steel cords or wires. However, the diameter of these steel reinforcements was still quite large (200 micron and more).

Tensile Properties of Jute-Polypropylene Composites
This paper describes the tensile behaviour of jute-polypropylene fibre composites with different fibre volume fractions. Here, the composite laminates consisting of weaving jute fibres, with the fibre volume percent in the range of 20 to 80 % and polypropylene plies were prepared using hand lamination.

Effects of Degree of Particle Melt and Crystallinity in SLS Nylon-12 Parts [PDF]
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) traces for SLS Nylon-12 parts display two distinct melt peaks, which have been related to the presence of both melted and crystallised regions, and un-melted particle cores within the part.
