Endogenous Ceramide 24:1 Constrains Th17‐Driven Neutrophilic Inflammation by Antagonizing EP2 Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cer24:1 levels are reduced in neutrophilic asthma and inversely correlate with disease severity and airway neutrophilia. Restoring Cer24:1 suppresses pathogenic Th17 differentiation by engaging EP2 on CD4+ T cells, thereby dampening the JAK2–STAT3–RORγt axis and reducing IL‐17 production.

Chaotic Random Sequence Generated from Tent Map on Variant Maps

open access: yesResearch Journal of Mathematics and Computer Science, 2018
Chaotic sequences, have being widely used in mobile communications and cyberspace security. Using the sequences, various stochastic analysis schemes are developed. The Tent map is one of the widely used chaotic maps with good ergodic uniformity. In this paper, the variant maps are used to illustrate the Tent chaotic sequence under different lengths and

Postsynaptic Complexin Mediates Constitutive Exocytosis of Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Beyond its established presynaptic role, complexin is identified as a postsynaptic regulator of neurotransmitter receptor trafficking. By promoting constitutive and activity‐dependent exocytosis of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, complexin controls spontaneous synaptic signaling at the C.

Highly Aligned Bacteria Cellulose Yarn Aggregation for Energy Generation and Strain Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Although high‐performance bacterial cellulose fibers have attracted significant interest for wearable electronics, a self‐powered and high‐mechanosensitive design is still scarce for achieving an intelligent integrated system. Here, we demonstrate an innovative bio‐fabrication strategy to develop a core‐sheath yarn that features the ordered network and

FOX Optimization Algorithm Based on Adaptive Spiral Flight and Multi-Strategy Fusion

open access: yesBiomimetics
Adaptive spiral flight and multi-strategy fusion are the foundations of a new FOX optimization algorithm that aims to address the drawbacks of the original method, including weak starting individual ergodicity, low diversity, and an easy way to slip into

A Soft Matrix Microenvironment Promotes Laterally Spreading Tumors via Oxidative Phosphorylation‐Dependent Cell Adhesion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) are precancerous colorectal lesions characterized by a flat morphology. This study reveals a mechanochemical pathway through which a soft matrix microenvironment diminishes spatial constraints in intestinal adenomas. This process promotes deficiencies in tight junction proteins, mediated by the mechanoreceptor ADORA2B ...
