In MYC‐enforced B‐cell lymphoma, SOX5 occupies promoter‐proximal regulatory regions and is associated with reduced chromatin accessibility at the PCNP locus. PCNP repression promotes proliferative remodeling by limiting apoptosis and cell‐cycle restraint.

Towards the complete classification of tent maps inverse limits [PDF]
We study tent map inverse limits, i.e. inverse limits of inverse sequences of unit segments ▫$I$▫ with a tent map being the only bonding function. As the main result we identify an infinite family of curves in ▫$I^2$▫ such that if top points of graphs of

This paper deals with the dynamical properties of so-called skew tent maps defined by \[ f_{a,b}(x)= \begin{cases} ax+1, &x\leq 0,\\ -bx+1, &x\geq 0,\end{cases} \tag{1} \] \((a,b)\in D:= \{(a,b)\mid a>0\), \(b>1\), \(a+b\geq ab\}\). Here the authors give the relation between \(*\)-product for a kneading sequence and renormalization.

Therapeutic Gene Editing of APOE4 in Sporadic Alzheimer's Disease via Prime Editor 7
Prime Editor 7‐mediated conversion of APOE4 to APOE3 alleviates Alzheimer's disease‐associated pathology in AD mouse models and patient‐derived neurons and improves cognitive performance in vivo, supporting therapeutic genome editing as a promising strategy for APOE4‐associated neurodegeneration.

ADORA2A activation suppresses NFκB‐dependent CCL5 production in cNK cells during chronic HBV infection, disrupting intrahepatic DC recruitment and HBV‐specific CD8+ T‐cell differentiation and function. Targeting the ADORA2A/NFκB/CCL5 axis restores antiviral immunity and facilitates HBV clearance.

The Tent Chaotic Mapping: Analysis for Generation of Binary Codes for Better Performance by Using MATLAB [PDF]
In this paper, the Tent map is analyzed as a source of pseudorandom bits. To evaluate the performance ofthe proposed pseudorandom bit generator, different issues were considered, such as the period length, thediscriminator value and the merit factor. The

Transposable Element–Driven PIEZO Mutation Enhances Locust Flight in Plateau Hypoxia
Why transposable elements (TEs) persisted or expanded in genomes remains a mystery. Using integrated analysis of TE macro‐ and microevolution in locusts, our results showed that thousands of TE insertions promoted widespread adaptive variation. Subfamilies of candidate adaptive TEs amplified and reshaped species‐level genomic architecture.

Three-Dimensional UAV Path Planning Based on Multi-Strategy Integrated Artificial Protozoa Optimizer
Three-dimensional UAV path planning is crucial in practical applications. However, existing metaheuristic algorithms often suffer from slow convergence and susceptibility to becoming trapped in local optima.
