A survey of chromosome complements in the Tenuipalpidae
International Journal of Acarology, 1981Abstract Chromosome numbers have been determined for three species of Tenuipalpidae, bringing the total of karyotyped species in this family to 23. The number of n=3 is found in Tenuipalpus acaciae and this number is presumably characteristic for the genus Tenuipalpus. The same number of n=3 is found in an Obuloides species.
