Narrow-band Band-pass Filters for Terahertz Applications
2021 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS), 2021In this work, a WR-1.5 band-pass filter is presented, manufactured using the Polystrata 3D fabrication process. The filter is intended to be integrated into a radiometric receiver to band limit the incoming noise power and encompass an atmospheric spectral window centered at 682.5 GHz.

Terahertz dual-band resonator on silicon
Optics Letters, 2010We have designed and fabricated a dual-band resonator in the terahertz frequency range on high-resistivity silicon. The device is designed to show resonances at 2.6 and 4.3 THz using the finite-difference time-domain modeling method. The characteristics of the fabricated device have been examined by using a Fourier-transform IR spectrometer.
