The authors introduce a high‐throughput synthesis using amide‐sulfoxonium ylides as new nucleophilic reagents, enabling a catalyst‐ and base‐free hydrocarbonation of terminal alkynes under mild conditions, resulting in various E‐alkene substituted (hetero)amide‐sulfoxonium ylides with excellent regio‐ and stereoselectivity. The late‐stage modifications

A Phase‐Separated SR Protein Reprograms Host Pre‐mRNA Splicing to Enhance Disease Susceptibility
This study identifies SR30, a splicing factor, as a negative regulator of tomato immunity. During Phytophthora infestans infection, the elevated SR30 forms nuclear condensates to suppress the alternative splicing (AS) of defense‐related genes in a phase separation manner.

Atomic‐Level Strain Sensing and Piezoresistance Effect in a 1D Single‐Atom Chain
The atomic‐scale piezoresistance effect of the Ag single‐atom chain is explored using strain characterization and electrical measurement. Single‐atom chain has the potential to serve as a strain sensor with atomic‐level precision, overcoming the challenge of low temporal resolution in a transmission electron microscope.

Hypothalamus sympathetic norepinephrine inhibits regeneration of articular cartilage. Mechanical loading on bone during animal activity elevates PGE2 skeletal interoception to promote an anabolic renewal of the superficial membrane by downregulation of norepinephrine for articular cartilage proper thickness and integrity.
