Atroposelective Construction of Axially Chiral Tetraarylethenes Via NHC‐Catalyzed Desymmetrization
We report the first NHC‐catalyzed atroposelective synthesis of axially chiral TAEs via oxidative desymmetrization of prochiral TAE dialdehydes. This catalytic strategy operates under mild conditions and accommodates a broad range of phenolic and nitrogen nucleophiles, delivering diverse axially chiral TAEs in good yields and up to 99% ee.

IGF2BP1‐mediated m6A stabilization sustains SMC1A expression, enabling cohesin‐associated chromatin regulation of Nestin in hepatocellular carcinoma. This work reveals an epitranscriptomic‐chromatin‐cytoskeletal regulatory axis linked to malignant phenotypes and identifies SMC1A as a biologically relevant vulnerability in HCC.

Te–Te and Te–C bond cleavage occurs in reactions of monovalent LGa (L = [(2,6-i-Pr2-C6H3)NC(Me)]2CH) with Te, Ph2Te2and i-Pr2Te. (LGa-μ-Te)21, LGa(TePh)22and LGa(i-Pr)Tei-Pr3were characterized by heteronuclear NMR (1H,13C,125Te) and IR spectroscopy and by single crystal X-ray analyses.

An intracellular magneto‐mechanical platform utilizing MSC‐targeted nanomotors is developed. After intra‐articular delivery, these nanomotors target endogenous BMSCs and are actuated within lysosomes to execute trans‐planar rotational‐bouncing motions under a rotating‐fluctuating 3D magnetic field, generating amplified mechanical stimulation.
