Experimental Method and Setup for Laboratory Fluidized Bed Reactor Testing [PDF]

open access: yesEnergies, 2018
A small laboratory fluidized bed reactor is used to test the chemical reactivity of solid particles fluidized with a gas. The novelty of the system is that it can be used for testing any solid particles, and, in this work, oxygen carriers with Mn/Si oxide supported on TiO2 are used to present the possibilities and layout of the laboratory system.

Kinetics of carbon dioxide, methane and hydrolysis in co-digestion of food and vegetable wastes [PDF]

open access: yesGlobal Journal of Environmental Science and Management, 2018
Kinetic models which can express the behaviors of hydrolysis and biogas generation more precisely than the conventional models were developed. The developed models were evaluated based on the experimental data of six batch reactors.
