Graph Mapping Test [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
Graph Mapping is a freely available, simple and effective test of fluid reasoning/intelligence. This computerized test requires participants to map a pair of corresponding nodes between two mathematically isomorphic but visually different graphs.

Rab14 regulates the transport of human papillomavirus to the trans‐Golgi network for infectious cell entry

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Automatic construction and optimization method of enterprise data asset knowledge graph based on graph attention network

open access: yesJournal of Radiation Research and Applied Sciences
Traditional knowledge graph construction methods often rely on a large amount of human intervention and specialized knowledge, which seems inefficient and error-prone when dealing with massive, multi-source, and heterogeneous data assets of enterprises ...

Bond Graph Modeling and Validation of an Energy Regenerative System for Emulsion Pump Tests

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2014
The test system for emulsion pump is facing serious challenges due to its huge energy consumption and waste nowadays. To settle this energy issue, a novel energy regenerative system (ERS) for emulsion pump tests is briefly introduced at first.

NFFT Meets Krylov Methods: Fast Matrix-Vector Products for the Graph Laplacian of Fully Connected Networks

open access: yesFrontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, 2018
The graph Laplacian is a standard tool in data science, machine learning, and image processing. The corresponding matrix inherits the complex structure of the underlying network and is in certain applications densely populated.

Reproducibility of graph measures at the subject level using resting‐state fMRI

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, 2020
Introduction Graph metrics have been proposed as potential biomarkers for diagnosis in clinical work. However, before it can be applied in a clinical setting, their reproducibility should be evaluated.

On the isomorphism testing of graphs

open access: yes, 2016
Graph Isomorphism is one of the very few classical problems in NP of unsettled complexity status. The families of highly regular structures, for example Steiner 2-designs, strongly regular graphs and primitive coherent configurations, have been perceived as difficult cases for graph isomorphism.

An unexpected alternative viologen electron mediator site in tungsten‐containing formate dehydrogenase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

DynGraph-BERT: Combining BERT and GNN Using Dynamic Graphs for Inductive Semi-Supervised Text Classification

open access: yesInformatics
The combination of Bidirecional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) has been extensively explored in the text classification literature, usually employing BERT as a feature extractor combined with ...
