Um eine effiziente Selektion zu ermöglichen, berücksichtigen sportwissenschaftlich fundierte Talentselektionskonzepte multidimensionale Prädiktoren (Fuchslocher, Romann, Rüdisüli, Birrer & Hollenstein, 2011). In der Regel kommen hierfür motorische Testbatterien und subjektive Trainereinschätzungen zum Einsatz (Höner, Lehyr & Kelava, 2017).
