Assessment of new prognostic risk models for recurrence in patients with clinical stage I seminoma
Objectives To evaluate two new prognostic risk models aimed at improving clinical decision‐making in patients with clinical stage (cS) I seminomatous testicular germ cell tumours (GCTs), 5%–30% of whom experience recurrence during surveillance after orchiectomy and may benefit from adjuvant therapy.

Nuclear destabilisation – a possible genesis of cancer?
ABSTRACT This review examines the increasingly prominent role of mechanics within cancer formation and progression. The extremely varied and contradictory genetic landscape of cancer is in stark contrast to the seemingly universal mechanical characteristics of cancer cells and their tumour microenvironment, and mechanics may be a principal unifying ...

Integrative Transcriptomic Analysis Decodes the Interplay Between Aging, Senescence, and Cancer
By integrating analysis of genomics, epigenomics, bulk‐ and single‐cell transcriptomics, we revealed a directionally opposite transcriptional profile between cellular senescence and tumorigenesis at the sigle‐cell level, which may be affected by epigenomic regulations.

Chromosome 19 microRNA cluster was downregulated in choriocarcinoma compared with complete hydatidiform mole. miR‐517a‐3p reduced the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of choriocarcinoma cell lines. Downregulation of SRSF1, targeted by miR‐517a‐3p, suppressed the malignant potential of choriocarcinoma cell lines. ABSTRACT Choriocarcinoma
