Multiresistance of Bacteria to Veterinary Antibiotics in Dung and Manure Samples of Farm Animals [PDF]
Antibiotics are used in animal husbandry for treating and preventing diseases and as growth stimulators. Being disposed in the environment with dung and manure, they contribute to the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and resistance genes.

Objective Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) is a highly variable, multisystemic genetic disorder caused by a CTG repeat expansion in the 3′ untranslated region of DMPK. Toxicity is exerted by repeat‐containing DMPK transcripts that sequester muscleblind‐like (MBNL) proteins and lead to deleterious yet predictable changes in alternative splicing.

Tetraciclinas e glicilciclinas: uma visão geral Tetracyclines and glycylcyclines: an overview
Tetracyclines exhibits activity to a broad range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and this fact allied to the low toxicity, low cost, and the advantage of administration by oral route led to their indiscriminate use, which caused the ...

ABSTRACT This study successfully prepared magnetic iron/cobalt codoped biochar catalyst (CFSBC) using a one‐step calcination method. The morphology and structure of the material were systematically characterized using SEM, XRD, FTIR, TEM, BET, Raman, VSM, and XPS techniques. The effects of key parameters such as catalyst dosage, peroxymonosulfate (PMS)

Adsorption Characteristics and Mechanisms of Dibutyl Phthalate on Nanomaterials
ABSTRACT Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a widely used plasticizer whose environmental release poses significant risks to ecosystems and human health. This study systematically investigated DBP adsorption on three common nanomaterials—titanium dioxide nanoparticles (n‐TiO2), multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), and carboxylated MWCNTs (MWCNTs‐COOH)—using ...
