Piezoelectric‐Metal Phononic Crystal Enabling GHz Tunable Ultrahigh Q Quasi‐BIC Mode
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study introduces a piezoelectric–metal phononic crystal design based on suspended LiNbO3 thin film that realizes quasi‐BIC resonance. The device achieves GHz operation with an ultrahigh quality factor (≈6.5 × 104) and efficient electrical tunability at low voltage.
