The composite microbial agent controls tomato bacterial wilt by colonizing the root surface and regulating the rhizosphere soil microbial community

open access: yesFrontiers in Microbiology
IntroductionBacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum seriously affects the healthy growth of tomato seedlings. Biocontrol microbes have been used to manage tomato bacterial wilt.

Textile dye-house wastewater

open access: yes, 2020
Fresh water is an increasingly scarce resource as the demands of an ever-growing world population and the agricultural activity needed to support it consume a steadily rising proportion of global fresh water resources. Consequently, industry generally needs to find ]ways to reduce its water consumption.

Green Fuel Combustion Synthesis of CeO2 and Ag/CeO2 Nanoparticles for Photocatalytic and Antibacterial Applications

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Silver‐doped cerium oxide nanoparticles (Ag/CeO2 NPs) were synthesized using Ricinus communis seed extract as a bio‐derived fuel in a solution combustion method. The combustion reaction, carried out at 450°C with AgNO3 and (NH4)2[Ce (NO3)6] as metal precursors, produced CeO2 and Ag/CeO2 NPs.

Potential use of bacteria collected from human hands for textile dye decolorization

open access: yesWater Resources and Industry, 2018
We obtained dye-decolorizing bacteria from the hands of ordinary people with an efficiency of approximately 40%. The bacteria were classified into the azo dye-decolorizing group and anthraquinone dye-decolorizing group.

Preparation of MOEAMCl and MAAm Based Hydrogels and Effective Use in Anionic Dye Adsorption

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 142, Issue 16, April 20, 2025.
ABSTRACT In this study, hydrogels based on [2‐(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride (MOEAMCl) and methacrylamide (MAAm) were synthesized for the removal of anionic dyes from aqueous solutions. Following detailed characterization, the use of hydrogels for methyl orange (MO) adsorption was investigated.

Decolorization of reactive dye solutions by electrocoagulation using iron electrodes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The textile industry is facing major problems in the disposal of wastewater generated from textile dye and finishing processes. Textile dye wastewater has a strong colour, high COD, high total solids and is also biorefractory in nature. There is a need
