Sema3E‐plexinD1 Axis Is a Modulator of Foxp3+ Regulatory T‐Cells in House Dust Mite Model of Asthma
The FASEB Journal, Volume 40, Issue 14, 31 July 2026.Airway epithelial‐derived Sema3E enhances both the number and proliferation of Foxp3+ regulatory T (Treg) cells in an acute model of asthma. Mechanistically, deletion of PlexinD1, the receptor for Sema3E, specifically in Foxp3+ cells was associated with a breakdown in immune regulation in this model.
